Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ScaledAgile.Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

2. Services

ScaledAgile.Pro provides the following services:

• SAFe Transformation Consulting
• Official SAFe Certification Training
• OKR Implementation & Coaching
• KRIS AI Methodology Training
• Keynote Speaking & Workshops

3. Training & Certification

SAFe certification courses are delivered under license from Scaled Agile, Inc. Certification exams are administered by Scaled Agile, Inc. and subject to their terms. Course fees include exam eligibility but do not guarantee certification. Refund policies for training are provided at time of registration.

4. Consulting Engagements

Consulting services are provided under separate engagement agreements. Rates and terms will be specified in individual statements of work. Confidentiality agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.

5. Speaking Engagements

Speaking engagements are subject to the following terms:

• Booking confirmation requires signed agreement and deposit
• Cancellation within 14 days of event: no refund (rescheduling possible)
• Cancellation 14-30 days before event: 50% refund
• Cancellation 30+ days before event: full refund minus 10% admin fee
• Travel expenses are additional unless specified otherwise

6. Intellectual Property

Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Alexandru Negrilă or used under license. SAFe and related marks are trademarks of Scaled Agile, Inc. KRIS (Knowledge Rings Information System) is an open-source methodology available under MIT license.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScaledAgile.Pro and Alexandru Negrilă shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
