About Alexandru Negrilă

Alexandru Negrilă is an enterprise transformation leader with 20 years of experience spanning startups to Fortune 500 organizations across six industries and five countries. As an Advanced SAFe Program Consultant (ASCP)—one of the highest credentials in the Scaled Agile Framework—and certified SAFe Trainer, he combines elite certification with hands-on implementation experience.

His career began in software development, where he built expertise in enterprise Java, microservices architecture, and CI/CD implementation. This technical foundation proved invaluable as he transitioned to transformation consulting, allowing him to speak the language of both engineers and executives.

Alexandru co-founded two tech companies: CloudBit, an IoT/home automation venture, and Mindbit, a custom software development firm. These entrepreneurial experiences give him a unique perspective on the pressures of building companies from scratch—from making payroll to pivoting business models.

Most recently, Alexandru led SAFe implementation for 200+ professionals at Santander Consumer Bank Austria, where he also pioneered the adoption of AI development tools in a regulated environment. This work led to the creation of KRIS (Knowledge Rings Information System), a methodology for AI-assisted development that has achieved 50% productivity gains.

Alexandru holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Politehnica University Bucharest and completed executive education at Cambridge Judge Business School (Creating High Performance Teams). He is certified in Writing Effective OKRs in SAFe and holds multiple SAFe trainer certifications including Leading SAFe 6, SAFe LPM, and SAFe POPM.
